1. Acceptance of Terms

6. Gameplay Rules

6.2 Malfunction Policy

- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;

- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
- Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
- Using the Platform while self-excluded or while subject to a court order prohibiting gambling;
- Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your eeebet account;
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward eeebet staff or other players;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any eeebet intellectual property.

eeebet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. 12. Account Termination & Suspension
12.1 Termination by eeebet
eeebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, eeebet may forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds held in your account.
12.2 Termination by Player
You may close your eeebet account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification. Real-money balances remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply after termination.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and eeebet, you agree to first contact eeebet customer support to seek an informal resolution. eeebet will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints
If you are not satisfied with eeebet's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
14. Amendments to These Terms
eeebet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, eeebet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
