These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eeebet online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the eeebet website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. eeebet reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active eeebet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. eeebet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeebet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. eeebet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify eeebet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). eeebet does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the eeebet cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. eeebet aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. 4.4 Funds Held in Trust

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. eeebet reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

eeebet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

eeebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

6.1 Game Integrity

All non-live games on the eeebet Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers using physical equipment under real-time supervision. eeebet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, eeebet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. eeebet will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected wager.

6.3 Bet Limits

6.4 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by eeebet's gaming servers shall be the definitive record of all transactions and game results. Players may submit disputes to eeebet customer support within 30 days of the disputed event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eeebet Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while subject to a court order prohibiting gambling;
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your eeebet account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward eeebet staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

8.1 Ownership

All content on the eeebet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the property of eeebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any eeebet intellectual property.

8.2 Limited License

eeebet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

8.3 Trademarks

The eeebet name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks of eeebet. You may not use any eeebet trademark without prior written consent from eeebet.

9.1 Platform Availability

eeebet endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond eeebet's reasonable control. eeebet shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if eeebet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 Cap on Liability

In any event, eeebet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eeebet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Gambling Losses

eeebet is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by you on the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited. You accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions.

eeebet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. eeebet complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate self-exclusion directly from their account settings. 12.1 Termination by eeebet

Upon termination for cause, eeebet may forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds held in your account.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your eeebet account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification. Real-money balances remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue to apply after termination.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and eeebet, you agree to first contact eeebet customer support to seek an informal resolution. eeebet will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 Regulatory Complaints

If you are not satisfied with eeebet's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with its published complaints procedures.

eeebet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, eeebet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
